Payment Charges

Payments made via credit card will incur a 2.9% bank charge.

Payments made via payment link will incur a 2.5% bank charge.

Payments made via debit card will incur a 1.9% bank charge.

Payments made via UPI, QR code, NEFT, or RTGS will not attract any extra charges.
Terms & Conditions
1. Scope of Service
1.1 Softvolute Buildcon LLP agrees to provide interior design and build services as detailed in the project proposal and any related agreements.
2. Client Responsibilities
2.1 The client agrees to provide all required and accurate information on time.
2.2 The client is responsible for obtaining any necessary approvals, permits, or permissions related to the project.
3. Design Process
3.1 Design concepts will be presented to the client for approval.
3.2 Clients may request reasonable revisions during the design development phase.
3.3 No changes will be accepted once execution begins.
4. Payment Milestones

4.1. Booking Value – 10%
Share your needs, dreams, and budget with our expert designers. Receive a quick and transparent estimate by paying just 10%. -
4.2. After Design Phase – 50%
Our team conducts detailed measurements and assessments. Collaborate with our designers to begin creating your dream space. -
4.3. Before finishing work -40%

Balance payment is due before finishing work. Your meticulously crafted designs will be finished after this paymnet.

4.5. A non-refundable deposit of 10% is required to commence work.

4.6. Progress payments will be invoiced at specific milestones.

4.7. Final payment is due upon project completion.
5. Changes and Revisions
5.1 Any changes to the project scope or design may result in additional charges.
5.2 Softvolute Buildcon LLP will inform the client about any impact on timelines or costs due to changes.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 All designs, drawings, and documents remain the intellectual property of Softvolute Buildcon LLP until full payment is made.
6.2 After full payment, the client may use the designs for the intended purpose.
7. Confidentiality
7.1 Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive or proprietary information exchanged during the project.
8. Termination
8.1 Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice in the event of a material breach.
9. Force Majeure
9.1 Softvolute Buildcon LLP shall not be held responsible for delays or non-performance due to events beyond its control.
10. Dispute Resolution
10.1 Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration as per applicable Arbitration Rules.
11. Miscellaneous
11.1 These terms represent the full agreement between the client and Softvolute Buildcon LLP.
11.2 Amendments must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
Shipping policy of loose furniture
Shipping will be arranged after the final production and quality checks. Detailed timelines will be shared before dispatch.

Items which will be manufectured outside site, will be dispatched after 15days of design finalization and payment realization.
Delivery

Delivery time will range between 5 to 10days depending on location in India.
Installation
Installation will be carried out by our dedicated professionals as per the agreed design and layout plan. Site access and necessary facilities must be provided by the client.
Time Frame
Project timelines will be shared during the proposal phase and are subject to timely client inputs, approvals, and payments.
Cancellation Policy
Project cancellation is not permitted after the design stage has been approved. Any termination post-approval will be subject to full payment of the committed scope.
